Acceptance of an Order
Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the dispatch point. Once the item has been dispatched to you we will confirm the order with you via the email address you provided. As part of the secure ordering process you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number as also record with your bank. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order or even result in you bank declining payment. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your card has been properly received.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. If we are unable to supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges and Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 5 working days. Dates are given in good faith but are not the subject of any warranty or condition. No liability will attach to us if delivery periods or dates are not met. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be notified to us within 7 days from delivery. Incorrect goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 5 days from delivery.
Non-Delivery of goods: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date.
Accuracy of Product Information and Descriptions of Goods

The intention of Wooden Gift is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, Wooden Gift cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages where information may come from third parties such as suppliers and manufacturers. All images, sizes, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy. Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be displayed and payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

Wooden Gift only accept refund/s if the item received is/are damage.
Please do contact us within 7 days of delivery to resolve the refund.
Wooden Gift is reserving the right to ask clients for pictures of damage item/s.
Wooden Gift is treating every client individually and we will resolve refund procedure as soon as possible.
Please note that if you not wish to receive a refund and still would like to receive the item/s order in perfect condition we can supply you with a new order with no postage charges. Please note that if you wish to receive an exchange this is subject to availability, and if we are out of stock the waiting time might be slightly longer then usual but you will be informed, or we will offer a refund.
Wooden gift will provide postage label for damage returns.
Please note that Wooden Gift does not accept any other refund except damage item/s.
